Making an Appointment for Your Admission

Admissions Unit
Your doctor has told you that you need to be hospitalized, giving you a form which you should take to the Admissions Unit.
At this unit, arrangements will be made for your admission.

The Admissions Unit is situated on the ground floor in the hospital’s main hall. A member of staff will first register you.

The staff member of the Admissions Unit will put you on the waiting list for admissions. You will not yet be told a date on which you are to be admitted. The staff member of the Admissions Unit will call you at a later time to give you the actual date on which you are to be admitted. You will therefore always be notified of this by phone.

If We Cannot Go Through With Your Admission…
It may be the case that your admission cannot go ahead. The staff member of the Admissions Unit will call you about this immediately, and make a new appointment with you.
It may also be the case that you yourself cannot keep the appointment, for example because you are ill. In such a case, call the Admissions Unit as soon as you can.
