Preliminary Examinations

The staff member of the Admissions Unit will also make appointments with you for a number of preliminary examinations, such as:

• a pre-operative screening (a visit to the anaesthesiologist)
• a blood test (sometimes)
• an electrocardiogram (sometimes)
• an intake interview (sometimes)

The preliminary examinations will be scheduled on the same day as much as possible.
