Special visiting hours

Certain hospital units have visiting hours which differ from the general visiting hours. This is the case for the following units:

Amstelwijck Location
• Psychiatric Ward:
Monday through Friday from 18:00-20:00; on weekends and holidays from 14:00-20:00.

Dordwijk Location
• Centre for Geriatric Care
daily from 16:00-19:30.
• Coronary Care (CCU):
daily from 10:15-10:45, 15:00-15:30 and 19:00-20:00
• Intensive Care (IC):
daily from 10:15-10:45, 15:00-15:30 and 19:00-20:00
• Medium Care (MCU)
daily from 10:15-10:45, 15:00-15:30 and 19:00-20:00
• Paediatric Ward:
For parents no specific visiting hours apply; they are welcome to visit at any time. Other visitors are requested to come between 10:00-19:30, except during resting time between 12:00-14:00.
• Maternity Ward:
The partner or husband is welcome at any time, except during resting time between 13:00-15:00. Other visitors are permitted between 11:00-12:00 and between 18:30-20:00.
• Neonatology:
These special visiting hours are indicated on a separate visiting hours card. You can obtain this card at the neonatology ward.
• Neurology:
daily from 15:00-16:00 and 18:30-20:00.
• Neurosurgery:
daily from 15:00-16:00 and 18:30-20:00.

Zwijndrecht Location
• Intensive Care (IC):
daily from 13:00-19:30.
• Paediatric Ward:
For parents no specific visiting hours apply; they are welcome to visit at any time. Other visitors are requested to come between 10:00-19:30, except during resting time between 12:00-14:00.
• Maternity Ward:
The partner or husband is welcome between 9:00-15:00. Other visitors are admitted during general visiting hours.
• Neurology (Nursing Ward D):
daily from 15:00-16:00 and 18:30-20:00.
• Cardiology (Nursing Ward D):
daily from 15:00-16:00 and 18:30-20:00.
• Orthopaedics (Nursing Ward D):
daily from 15:00-16:00 and 18:30-20:00.
